When I just change the date in the check-your-timezone link posted by Matt, it would be 4 PM CET which corresponds to 9 AM CST. However, your Office 365 link sets the appointment at 11 PM CET...
How about just generating a good old ICS file? 🙂 Calndr.link, CalGet.com, ical.marudot.com all work fine.
