Hi Team I keep getting this error when trying to access our projects. Everything else on my system is working fine and I definitely do not have any internet connection issues. I have tried refreshing, logging out and back in, but when I tried logging back in, it said I couldn't do that either due to internet issues. My colleague is also unable to access anything. Can you please advise?

Hi Matt J. We're trying to import a sitemap and wireframe from Relume to Figma. We always use the Figma kit on your website, and it usually works fine. However we seems to have a particular file that is showing the below error message for both myself and another colleague. All our other files that we're doing the same process for are working fine. Can you please help? Thanks 🙂

Can anyone please help to see if a deleted file/project can be retrieved? It was deleted by accident. Thanks!
