does anybody have a good resource for which questions to ask a prospect, BEFORE the estimation .. so this isnt a questionnaire or workshop that happens during the project, but before even doign an estimatin or first pass at an estimation .. I ask this because so often people come and say ‘we need a website’ or ‘we need to re-fresh our look’ etc.. in the end, often this isnt the reason .. I often include brand strategy, positioning etc question to figure out really where the problems are.. I am trying to refine this process and am looking to see what others are doing/asking ..
