Fixing GoDaddy Domain Issues with www Accessibility

One client has their domain on godaddy and I am having a hard time to make the domain work with the “www.” The page can only be reached without the www. Does anyone have an advice here on what to do? Do I need to move the domain? Appreciate any help!

I think you need to add a CNAME record for www that point to the root domain

I have this added the domain is swanmarinanyc.com and it seems not to be working for www.swanmarinanyc.com..

www.swanmarinanyc.com is working, However, without the www, it takes you to a godaddy page suggesting that the domain is available for sale. Your client probably needs to contact godaddy to resolve the issue

Ali Maybe a CNAME dns is missing. Try adding this DNS Record:
Host/name: www
Type: CNAME
Vue: swanmarinanyc.com
TTL: 3600 (default)
