Best Practices for Functional Social Sharing Icons

Hi Everyone, I have a question about the social sharing icons. Is there a recommended way to make them functional? I am talking about the social icons found on the blog components etc (https://library.relume.io/components/blog-post-header-1). Thank you in advance 🙂
