Adjusting Typography Size in Style Guide: Need Help

Hi guys So I selected the typography to be large in the style guide when I imported it. However, now after designing for a few hours I find it looks almost too large. Is there a way I can switch to regular e.g. adapt my style guide to have my typography in regular size? If so how would I have to do it and what are the values. Any help is much appreciated, thank you!
