Error Updating to Pro: An Error Has Occurred Message

I'm trying to update to Pro and get this error message "An error has occured. Please try again or contact support@relume.io if this error persists. (code: cBATOK2GF)"

    This seems to be affecting everyone - though occasionally the error on the dashboard disappears but none of the projects are accessible
