Troubleshooting Background Image Gradients in Webflow

hi everyone. Quick question. I am trying to set a background image with a gradient overlay and the image will not appear. I have the same component with a different picture set up on my homepage working fine, but I cant get it to work on this page. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
