Issue With Relume Sitemap Generation: Need Help to Fix It!

I’m facing an issue where relume just won’t generate the sitemap for me! I’ve tried with 2 different accounts and both are facing the problem, so I’m thinking it might be a problem with the system. Anyone knows how to fix this?
