Seeking Guidance on Navbar Styling and Responsiveness Issues

I am looking for more input about the Navbar and the options to style it. Do you have any good guides or videos about it? My Navbar is never as responsive as I assmumed and acts sometimes really weird. Would really appreciate if one of you can help me.
