Account Access Issues: Billing Update Help Needed for Relume

Hey Relume Team, my account seems to be stuck in a weird limbo, despite updating my billing information and (incorrectly) paying a past due invoice, even though I haven't used relume in a few months. Please help. I can't access my plan's features.
