Issue with Relume Header 83: Content Block Not Visible on Scroll

Hi everyone! I'm having an issue with Relume header 83: https://www.relume.io/preview?cid=uncommon-components/section_header83 The heading and content (header83_content-block) is supposed to start visible and fade out on scroll, but when I preview this in my website the content block doesn't appear at all?
