Figma Wireframes Detaching from Components: Design or Bug?

Hi all - I have just noticed when I add my wireframes in Figma, it automatically detaches them from the component. Is this by design or a bug? Previously, they were always linked to the main component in the kit.

But its only fonts and colours we have changed not the componented sin question
