Fixing Cookie Consent Banner Z-Index Issues in Webflow

Hi everyone, I'm experiencing a problem with a cookie consent banner I've implemented in Webflow using the Finsweet solution, and I'm hoping someone might be able to help me out. Here's the issue: The cookie consent banner appears correctly and functions as expected when visible. However, even when the banner is hidden, it seems to remain above other elements like buttons and text links, making them unclickable. I've noticed that when I set the z-index of the cookie wrapper element to a low value or remove the element altogether, the underlying buttons and links become clickable again. This leads me to believe that the issue is related to the z-index or how the visibility of the cookie banner is being handled. Has anyone faced a similar problem or have any suggestions on how to fix this?
