Troubleshooting Color Issues in the Style Guide Area

Hey there! I'm a new user and having an issue in the Style Guide area. I'm not sure if it's user error or an issue. I have chosen colors manually because I know what brand colors the website I'm building will use. The problem I'm having is that the pitch concept side of the screen is recognizing the font selections, but it's doing its own thing with regard to colors and I can't figure out how to get it to use the colors I have chosen.
