Resolving Issues with Linked Figma Accounts: Free vs Pro

Hii i think i have a problem with accounts being linked in a wrong way. Basically i had a free account linked to one figma, and later got a different pro account but also linked to the same figma. At frist i got a popup saying i cant upload all pages widouth an upgrade and later got a different pop up which clearly indicated that its linked to the free account (but if i got from the pop up to manage accounts it takes me to the pro-acc) Can someone please advise what to do?
