Strange Billing Issue: Account Expired but Subscription Active

Having a strange issue with my account. It says account is expired and I need to fix my billing. However, when I try to upgrade it already says I have that package. When i tried to cancel, it says my subscription is active for another month. Posting this here because it's definitely billing bug with system.
