Changing Raleway Dots to Lining Numerals in Relume Global Styles

This might not fall within the camp of Relume, but I'm trying to find a way to make 'Raleway Dots' have lining numerals as opposed to old style which is the default. I've tried applying a few different lines of code I've found from various forums, but to no success. Would the relume global styles be overriding it? Do I need to update the global styles itself?
