Currently, some website's configurations are not compatible with our sitemap import feature. While we aim to support as many website configurations as possible, there are some technical limitations with our current implementation.
We've noted this compatibility issue and added to our improvements backlog so we can work on expanding our support in the future, though I cannot provide a specific timeline for when this might be available.
