Request for Subscription Refund: Help Needed from a Student

I need help. I am a 15-year-old high school student who accidentally bought a subscription to your product. I tried using it for about 30 minutes when I first got it and then realized it wasn't what I needed. I completely forgot about it and never canceled the subscription. Is there any way I could get the subscription refunded, as I'm sure you can check I haven't used it since. I really can't afford this huge charge and It would mean a ton to me and my family if you could refund it. Thank you so much for your time and help.
