Creating Custom Components in Relume for Wireframing Projects

Hi, Everyone, I just started using Relume for a Project as the wireframing will save hours, however i have entered the space without using Webflow or Figma, What is the best was to create a custom component? I assume this need to be designed and exported from webflow.
