Site Builder Failed to Fetch Error and Disabled Design Tab Issues

Are there any known issues with Site Builder? I'm getting a "Failed to Fetch" error when trying to swap components, also, can't update my project in the Design tab, everything is grayed out,

I had this issue too yesterday and couldn’t work. had to finish up in figma. 🙂 Same timeframe, I reckon.

Stefan okay good to know - thank you for sharing and apologies guys for the issues here. We're still investigating what went wrong as its not been made very clear at the moment.
