How Do Page Groups Work in ReLume? Looking for Detailed Explanation and Resources

Hey guys, using ReLume every day and loving it. Quick question: I noticed that there's something called page groups, but it's not exactly obvious how they work. It just collapses it, but I'm not sure if you can drag them all under one container, so to speak. Can somebody provide a resource with more details about that, please? Thank you very much.

I use those like folders almost, ie if you have a nav item called 'about us' that has no content, but has child pages under it - that's how i'd use it.
