Using Icons as Bullets in Collection Lists: Is It Possible?

Hey all, I'm hoping to include a list with icons as bullets, as in the image. The issue is that I want this to be populated by one field in a Collection list. Is that possible? I was thinking I could maybe use some code to swap out bullet points for icons...
