Issues with Spacing Blocks Not Appearing on Components Despite Refresh and Multiple Browsers

Havent been able to get spacing blocks on any components for the past few days, is anyone else getting this issue? Every component has spacing wrappers regardless of having the spacing block tab selected/refreshing the page/multiple browsers. Super frustrating
