Troubleshooting Form Data Submission Issues in Webflow

Hey everyone, I repurposed one of the e-commerce components for our real estate project, and I have an issue with the form. I imagine that initially, the form was created with an "add to card" workflow. I did modify it according to other forms we use. The design/success/error state is working as expected, but when a form is completed, the data is not sent to Webflow. Is there anything I am missing in the settings?
