Evaluating the Benefits of Figma and Webflow Integration

Workflow questions... Is anybody skipping Figma entirely from the process? Or just using it as a sketch pad? OR, do you find a lot of benefit from keeping the Figma designs and the Webflow site synced pretty well? I am working on my own webpage, which will be an ongoing project. I'm just not sure of the benefit of keeping the whole thing super synced.
