Creating Smooth Text and Image Transitions for Webflow Conf 2025 Animation

Hey guys! Any idea how to create animation like Webflow Conf 2025, particularly where the text and background image changes smoothly from one slide to another. The closest I could find on Relume is the layout 354 but it still looks different because it doesn't seem like the background image move from bottom to top in the example. Anyone cares to share your thought process if you know how to create this?
