Hey everyone, quick question. What tools do you use to manage leads + proposals + projects + tasks as a freelancer / small design studio? I’m trying to keep everything in Notion (and I’ve used it for years), but for some reason I still feel a bit uncomfortable using it as a full client portal + project system. There are so many options out there, but it feels like none is really “perfect” end-to-end. Curious what’s working for you (and why).
I was using Notion earlier but it was hard to track finances etc so for Domestic clients I use Zoho Invoices & for International, I use Pipedrive + Asana for tasks.
Notion for years as well, but also interested in Pipedrive+Asana
I've really grown to love Clickup alot, they've really executed their tools cohesively and everything usually just works nicely.
Mateusz S. I know the feeling - that's actually why I'm building Floqu, a PM tool for Webflow freelancers/agencies. Projects/tasks are live now... planning to add leads/proposals down the track to make it a real end-to-end solution. floqu.com Happy to chat about what you need if you want to DM.
The story of my life for the last month.. hehe trying to find the right lead system and and client portal system. For internal projects I use notion
Bonsai might be worth checking out, Ive used it for a bit now, handles everything I need https://www.hellobonsai.com/
