Troubleshooting Sticky Functionality in Component Layout349

Hey all, anyone have issue with component layout349 where the sticky functionality doesn’t work on larger than the default breakpoint? Can’t seem to figure out what the issue is, all the settings for the container seem to be identical.

Found a fix, only concern is doesn’t this introduce hor scrolling on some device widths?
