Seeking Recommendations for Animation Libraries and Solutions

Hi everyone, I’m looking for a library—or similar solution—that allows me to animate blocks, text, images, or containers simply by adding an attribute denoting the animation type. I found a few options in my searches, but nothing particularly impressive or feature-rich. Does anyone here use something like this or have recommendations?
