On Relume Publish, I’m trying to find this layout relume.ai/components/layout-494 but wasn’t able to. I suppose this is something that will be added later on?
I am having the same issue, most components can't be accessed in the site builder, and copying them over from relume.ai/components doesn't work (even though I am on the Pro subscription, the trial though) - would love to hear an answer on this too 🙂
Rey A. Sébastien G. yeah so a little history - the relume.ai/components were built over the course of 2+ years for Webflow specifically. Relume Publish are hand built components by the same team. We're pumping out the components as fast as we can, but yeah we're not at library parity with the original Relume Library. There are some real reasons for that - we're on a mission for Default Great™ and we can't do that if our components are shit. Building them at a high standard, to all of the technical requirements, is a feat and if you guys could see the systems built, the process, and the requirements....you'd likely....🤯 Our co-founders are bullish on this too - they aren't going to let the pressures of shipping components faster or the AI hype trains try to railroad this mission. And I get it - somebody out there has to stop the AI slop and build something that will last through the AI boom and that's Relume - in my personal opinion. So yeah, it's going to take awhile to build out the same component library that lives at /components - but I truly, personally, believe it'll be worth the wait. Hard to be patient in this AI world we live in though, I get it. It's a roller coaster internally too, but we're just going to hold the course. We've laid our cards down. We've made the bet. 🙌🫶
Matt J. quick adjacent question, I noticed the relume editor / publisher does not include two key components (imo): cookie consent banner and announcement banner, it would be nice to add those! I am trying really hard to stay inside relume and publish from there for my client as I expect your platform will suit them really well (especially with CMS coming, and 301 redirects supported for their migration), a few more critical components like these two would help 🙂 (if there is an upvoting system for which new components to add to the publisher let me know)
Sébastien G. cookie consent is a setting in site settings you just turn on and boom! As for announcement banner - agreed - really appreciate that feedback!
oh also, if you are trying to use the MCP to bring in relume publish sites into Webflow, you can also just use the webflow component library after the initial build is done - so best of both worlds yet since the build is happening inside a style guide and to client first.
amazing, thanks! for this one, I am trying to keep everything in relume, webflow is overkill and less intuitive for my client, really happy you're building out the product!
