Troubleshooting Links Not Opening in New Tabs After Publishing on Relume Publish

I just published a new site on Relume Publish, and I can not get any links to open in a new tab. I've asked the agent to fix it, I've manually switched in on and off and on again. When I preview the site in relume it works, but when I publish to a domain, it does not.

I raised this issue last week and Matt added it to the bug fix list.. (I've just checked my site and it's now working).
