Change in Icon Handling: SVG Code vs. Image Format

I notice that icons are now added as images instead of as svg code - is this intentional / done across the board? I liked the workflow before so wondering why it has changed

Emily M. are you seeing that in all components? I think some of them are images and so are embeds

Yeah you're right. It's only in some places
