Wireframe mode navigation issues

A community member is unable to navigate and view pages in the WireFrame mode. They cannot drag the screen left or right, and when they zoom in, the screen is stuck in the middle, preventing them from seeing the home page on the far left. The community member has tried changing browsers and monitors, but the issue persists. Hello, In the WireFrame mode im unable to move around and navigate to view the pages. I cannot drag the screen left or right, and when I zoom in the screen is stuck onto the middle not letting me look at the home page which is on the far left.
Ive tried changing browsers, and different monitors and its been driving me crazy. anyone know how to solve this issue?

you can hold spacebar and pan around. Or shift to scroll horizontally.
