Webflow is unresponsive or slow when trying to import into the style guide

Hi Relume Team and/or Relumers,
I’m currently experiencing an issue when trying to import into the Webflow Style Guide. The error message says:

“Webflow is unresponsive or slow. Please check your internet connection or try again.”

I’ve already tried:
  • Using different browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox) and another connection
  • Clearing my browser caches
  • Creating a fresh Webflow project from your template
  • Re-authenticating both accounts, Weblow and Relume

Unfortunately, the error persists. To help with troubleshooting, here’s a Read-Only link to the Webflow project I’m trying to import into:

@Nancy Drupka apologies for the issues. Unfortunately this is on the webflow side. I’ve mentioned this to the team already but I’ve requested that we reach out to Webflow directly on this issue to see if there’s anything that can be done.

I'm facing the same issue on my end. Same error

@Nancy Drupka we did release a small improvement to make it more reliable. However, the root cause of this issue is on Webflow site and we are actively working with them on this .

From our dashboard we saw that the performance of this issue has been improved a lot since the patch deployed.

@Nancy Drupka Are you still facing this? It is still failing for me.
