Is it possible to use a vimeo embed as a background video that plays automatically, or better to have the video under 30 MB and use the background video element?
@Sara Margolies using a vimeo embed is the recommended way to do background videos but you'll need the vimeo plus/pro/paid plan in order to make this happen.
