Using airtable or google sheets as a database for webflow

At a glance

The community member is looking to use Airtable or Google Sheets as a database for Webflow and is considering four different services: Whalesync, PowerImporter, No Bull, and Flow Monk. Another community member has experience with three of the four services (excluding Flow Monk) and recommends No Bull if the user has a paid Airtable workspace, as it is a free extension. PowerImporter is suggested as the next best option, mostly based on price. If the user needs two-way sync, Whalesync would be a good fit. The second community member thanks the first for the recommendations, noting that not trying all four services will save time.

Does anyone have experience on using airtable or google sheets as a database for webflow? I’m looking at whalesync, powerimporter, no bull and flow monk. Would love to hear your thoughts on which service to go with or avoid. For context, I am creating a searchable database with ~1,000 records that will have multi reference fields (this seems to be an obstacle that people have to deal with)

I have used 3 of the 4 (haven't used flowmonk) and I can say that all 3 are going to get the job done just fine. If you have a paid airtable workspace, nobull would be a great option because its a free extension.

PowerImporter would be my next option - mostly based on price.

And then if you need two-way sync, then Whalesync would be a good fit.

Thanks! Not trying all four will save me some time
