Upgrading account issues

Hello,

I am experiencing some issues with upgrading my account, I have just upgraded to started from free and verified the payment went through but for some reason the system thinks i'm still on a free plan. I have logged out and back in several times and cleared cache hoping this would resolve it seems as if the backend hasn't updated yet, Any ideas?
