Upgraded account still on free plan

At a glance

A community member has upgraded their account but is still seeing the free plan. Two other community members have responded, one saying they sent a direct message, and the other saying they will look into the issue. There is no explicitly marked answer in the comments.

Just upgraded my account. Got charged and it still is says I am on the free plan. Can someone advise?
