Upgrade plan issue

At a glance

A community member upgraded their plan from Starter to Pro, but now it shows they are on the free plan. The payment was successful, and they emailed the support team at support@relume.io. The support team responded and fixed the issue. However, another community member is still experiencing the same problem and needs help to work with the tool this weekend.

Hi, I upgraded my plan from Starter to Pro, but now it shows me that I am on the free plan? The payment was successful, can someone from team relume help me? I did also write an E-Mail to support@relume.io .. 🙂
