Updating the Relume Styleguide in Webflow

At a glance

A community member is having trouble with the Relume styleguide in Webflow, as the styles won't change the affected button. Other community members suggest checking the class names to see if they match, and that there may have been issues with the Webflow Extension corrupting styles during import. They recommend checking the style panel in Webflow for duplicated styles. One community member facing the same issue asks for the best way to resolve it in their current project. Another requests a readonly preview link to the Webflow project. The suggested resolution is to rename one of the duplicated styles to avoid a collision, and then delete the renamed style, while backing up the site first.

Can you check the class names to see if they match?

Hey , when did you import the project into Webflow? We've had some issues recently with our Webflow Extension corrupting styles during an import. A fix was released earlier this week, so Relume wireframes imported before then may have duplicated styles – you can check this by opening up the style panel in webflow and finding button is-secondary and see if there are multiple of them.

Hey , I face the same issue as , with a project recently created. What is the best way to resolve the issue in the current project?

can you please DM me a readonly preview link to the webflow project?

To resolve this you can rename one of the duplicated styles so they no longer collide (e.g. button -> buttong-dupe) then delete the style you re-named. It's worth taking a backup of your site before you start this process.
