Unexpected Billing Issue

I’m reaching out regarding an unexpected billing issue. I signed up for the trial of your service, and based on the details provided, I expected the trial period to end on April 13th. However, I was charged on April 6th, which was earlier than anticipated.

I did, but can I make use of relume now, as it was just after one day?
I like to make sure, as I don't like to be charged for that much for testing.

sure - we can keep you in a trial period. In fact, I’ll find your ticket and let the team know to extend it to a 30 day trial.

As for it charging you after one day seems very strange. I’ll flag this for the team to look into because it definitely shouldnt have done that and Im sincerely sorry for the inconvenience.
