Unable to Access Projects: Error and Troubleshooting Needed

Hi Team I keep getting this error when trying to access our projects. Everything else on my system is working fine and I definitely do not have any internet connection issues. I have tried refreshing, logging out and back in, but when I tried logging back in, it said I couldn't do that either due to internet issues. My colleague is also unable to access anything. Can you please advise?
