Troubleshooting modal close functionality

The community member has added modals to their page, and the opening of the modals is working fine. However, they are unable to close the modals. The community member has not changed the classes or the interactions, and they are unsure of what could be causing this issue. Also, I just added the modals to my page, and opening them is working fine. However, when I go to close them, it doesn't work. I haven't changed the classes or the interactions at all, what could be causing this issue?

you'll need to modify the interactions. Check out this previous thread on the topic - the second link to the loom will take you to the timestamp you need, but there's other useful info in here too.
