Troubleshooting import issues in webflow

I’m getting an Import Failed error in Webflow on anything I try to import. I’ve tried various projects, and even created new ones to test, and cloned new style guided into Webflow… I’m also getting json error notifications.

I am having the same exact issue. After setting up a sitemap with 75 pages to save time, I am not able to import it to webflow due to “Slug already exists on another page” error. Hopefully there is a fix

Same issue here with "slug already exists on another page". Have individually imported every page - except the one that prompts this error message.

@Jim Zaslaw @Robin Severin Fritzon @Oisin Merrins we're aware of this error and have a fix ready to deploy - it should be in production in the next 12-24 hours.

Just chiming in to report the same issue

Hopefully this is prioritised as the product is unusable for us at the moment. We have a client meeting tomorrow where it was originally expected for them to get access to Webflow with all pages included.

Hey all - we’re aware of this bug and we had thought we resolved it but obviously there are other edge cases for causing this bug. Its a high priority bug for us and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and poor experience.

Something that worked for us just now. Switch to the previous version of the relume style guide. Not ideal, but now all pages are imported 🙌

@Robin Severin Fritzon we've released a new version of our app that might have actually fixed this so you may not need to switch preferences.

@anthony briggs @Jim Zaslaw @Oisin Merrins we've released a new app and coordinated with Webflow to get this bug fixed - let me know if you are able to proceed. Thank you for your patience with this one.
