Troubleshooting Disappeared Client Comments

Hi @Adam @Dan @Matt and other Relume team members! I’m having a problem with comments from my client that disappeared suddenly this morning. I’ve tried logging out and logging in again, cleared my cache, but nothing brings them back. What can I do to resolve this? I have 3 people from client side who added comments to my sitemap and wireframes, only two of them are still visible, the first commenter who gave his comments last week has completely disappeared from the sitemap overview.

@Edo van Dijk can you provide the Relume project URL?

@Edo van Dijk can you provide any more context to the comments that went missing - author name, content of those comments, etc?

Author name: Dean Brigham
Content: various, mainly suggestions of adding functionalities.

@Matt any news about possibly retrieving these comments?

@Edo van Dijk just received an update from our CTO and he said there is only one comment and it was from a page that was deleted. When pages in sitemap get deleted, the comments get deleted as well. Do you think that this is what happened?

  • "Only show hamburger menu in nav section, and the logo on all pages except homepage where it is large" is the comment

Thanks @Matt, but this is a remark I made myself. It’s not one of the 8 or 9 comments that Dean left on the sitemap unfortunately. I guess these messages are lost? If so, I’ll have to explain to my client that the tool is still a bit buggy and ask him to reproduce the comments as best he can.
