Troubleshooting AI Traffic Blocked Error When Importing a Site

Hello all, new here. Trying to import a site but getting the "AI traffic blocked error". I checked and Cloudflare's AI and bot settings are all disabled. Is there something else I should check?

Could also be Cloudways? I think they have a built in firewall as well.
