Troubleshooting a webflow site transfer with finsweet attributes

At a glance

The community member recently transferred a Webflow site to a client that uses Finsweet attributes for CMS sliders and filters. After the transfer, everything stopped working, even though the client has an active site plan and the scripts and attributes are correctly placed. The community member has double-checked everything but is stuck. Another community member suggests checking if the scripts are being loaded on the published URL, trying the self-help query param, and reaching out to Webflow support if the issue persists, as it could be a Webflow bug related to custom code execution.

Useful resources

I recently transferred a Webflow site to a client that uses Finsweet attributes for CMS sliders and filters. After the transfer, everything stopped working, even though:
• They have an active site plan
• All scripts and attributes are correctly placed

I’ve double-checked everything, but I’m stuck. Has anyone encountered this issue before? Any ideas on what might be causing it? Thanks in advance!

@Harry Dodd on the published URL - can you see the scripts being loaded? Have you tried the self-help query param?

It kind of sounds like the custom code is not executing, which could be a webflow bug. Since you are not allowed to have custom code unless there's an active site plan. I also wonder if the workspace has to be a paid one for custom code? I would think not. But yeah it sounds like some wires got crossed.

If the scripts are showing up in the source code of the published site, then we have a real big mystery and I would reach out to Webflow support for that.
