Trouble with pro account after lapsed payment

At a glance

A community member paid for a pro subscription but is unable to access the pro features or create a new site, and is still being asked to fix billing/upgrade. Another community member, Matt, responds and asks for the account email, which is provided as team@ignorenomore.agency. Matt then says he will look into the issue, and a third community member, Sophia O'Neal, apologizes for the delay and says the issue has been resolved.

hi hi! I just paid for pro after the payment lapsed for a couple months but it's not showing that i'm on pro or letting me create a new site and still asking me to fix billing/upgrade.

I've logged out and logged back in twice.
