Pro Subscription Issue: Unable to Access Features After Payment

hi hi! I just paid for pro after the payment lapsed for a couple months but it's not showing that i'm on pro or letting me create a new site and still asking me to fix billing/upgrade. I've logged out and logged back in twice.
